HOLIDAY APPETIZER PIE

Ingredients:

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp milk
• 2 1/2 oz jar dried beef, finely snipped
• 2 tbsp minced onions
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Blend cream cheese and milk.
2. Stir in dried beef, onions, green pepper, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
4. Spoon into a pie pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve with assorted crackers.
