STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Instructions:

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and dice.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté diced stems with onion and butter for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine sautéed mixture with bread crumbs, parsley flakes, oregano, garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Stuff the mixture into mushroom caps.
  5. Dip the stuffed caps in melted butter.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
