APPETIZER MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

Meatballs:

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 cup corn flake crumbs
• 1/3 cup parsley
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:

• 1 (1 lb) can jellied cranberry
• 1 (12 oz) jar chili sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Mix meatball ingredients well and shape into small meatballs.
2. Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
3. Mix sauce ingredients thoroughly and pour over meatballs.
4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
