SAUERKRAUT BALLS

Instructions:

  1. Brown sausage and onions; drain well.
  2. Add sauerkraut and 4 tbsp bread crumbs, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper; mix into sausage and sauerkraut.
  4. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls.
  5. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl.
  6. Coat balls with flour, dip into egg mixture, and roll in additional bread crumbs.
  7. Let balls reach room temperature, then deep-fry at 375°F until golden brown.
