LIVER SAUSAGE BALL

Instructions:

  1. Mix liver sausage, basil, garlic powder, and onions until blended. Shape into a ball or log and chill.
  2. Prepare frosting by mixing cream cheese, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, and mayonnaise.
  3. Frost the chilled liver sausage ball and return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
