  1. Peel, pit, and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
  3. Spread refried beans on a large serving plate.
  4. Top with avocado mixture, then the sour cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, olives, and shredded cheese.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
