BRAUNSCHWEIGER PATE

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Braunschweiger
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
• 2 tbsp onion flakes
• 6–8 drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup chili sauce
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients using a potato masher.
2. Form into balls and cover with softened cream cheese mixed with a little milk.
3. Serve with crackers. Can be frozen.
