BRAUNSCHWEIGER PATE

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Braunschweiger
• 1 pint sour cream
• 3 oz onion soup mix
• 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco

Instructions:

1. Mix Braunschweiger, sour cream, soup mix, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
2. Soften gelatin in cold water, then heat until dissolved.
3. Stir dissolved gelatin into the Braunschweiger mixture.
4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
