CUCUMBER FREEZE

Ingredients:

• 7 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 cup weak vinegar (3/4 vinegar to 1/4 water)
• 1 cup chopped green peppers
• 2 tbsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp celery seed

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and pour over the cucumbers. Stir to mix well.
2. Refrigerate for 3 days.
3. Pack into containers and freeze.
4. Serve partially frozen.
