SWEET AND SOUR CUCUMBERS

Ingredients:

• Sliced cucumbers
• 2 tsp oil
• Wine vinegar
• Low-calorie sweetener (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Pour wine vinegar and oil over sliced cucumbers.
2. Add sweetener to taste and stir so all cucumbers are coated.
3. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
