PICKLE RELISH

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Grind pickles, celery, onions, and peppers together. Add salt and let stand for 4 hours.
  2. Drain or squeeze off most of the liquid.
  3. Heat vinegar, sugar, and mustard seed to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the brine over the ground mixture.
  5. Transfer to jars and seal.
