CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP

Instructions:

  1. Cook broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in 2 cups of water until tender.
  2. Melt butter and margarine in a pan. Sauté celery and onion until clear.
  3. Stir in flour until blended. Add bouillon cubes and half & half, stirring until thickened and smooth.
  4. Chop cooked vegetables into small pieces and add along with cooking liquid to the milk mixture.
  5. Stir in white pepper and Accent. Adjust salt to taste.
