FRENCH ONION SOUP

Instructions:

  1. Cook oleo and onions over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and sprinkle with flour. Stir to mix.
  3. Add beef broth and water, mixing well.
  4. Place in a slow cooker and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. Serve warm with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
