Instructions:

  1. Cook vegetables in 2 cups water. Do not drain.
  2. In a large kettle, sauté onion and celery in butter and oleo until tender.
  3. Stir in flour and mix well. Gradually add milk and bouillon, stirring until combined.
  4. Add vegetables along with their cooking water.
  5. Stir in diced ham. Do not boil.
