Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix until creamy and well blended.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more mustard or a sprinkle of vinegar for tanginess if desired.
  3. Divide into 12 portions and shape into balls or ovals to resemble eggs.
  4. Roll each portion in grated cheese to coat.
  5. Chill before serving.
