GERMAN POTATO SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Dice and cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain.
  2. Fry bacon and onion together until bacon is cooked and onion is tender.
  3. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add vinegar and water, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour mixture over the hot bacon and cook until thickened.
  5. Toss the sauce with the cooked potatoes and serve warm.
