HOT CHICKEN SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Combine chicken, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, pimentos, lemon juice, onions, salt, and monosodium glutamate.
  2. Place in a large greased rectangular baking dish.
  3. Top with crushed potato chips, grated cheese, and almonds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
