ORANGE PINEAPPLE GELATIN SALAD

Ingredients:

• 1 large (6 oz) package orange gelatin
• 3 cups boiling water
• 1 cup grated carrot
• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
• 1 orange, cut into small pieces (or drained mandarin orange segments)

Instructions:

1. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
2. Stir in grated carrot, crushed pineapple, and orange pieces.
3. Pour into an 8x12-inch glass dish. Refrigerate until set.
