FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Drain fruits, reserving 1 1/2 cups of juice to mix with the pudding. Cook pudding according to package directions.
  2. Place wax paper on top of the pudding while cooling.
  3. Once cooled, mix pudding with drained fruit. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Before serving, toss banana slices with lemon juice, drain, and add to the salad.
  5. Add maraschino cherries if desired.
