HOLIDAY SALAD

Ingredients:

• 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp orange juice concentrate
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
• 1 cup red grapes, whole
• 1 1/2 cups diced apples
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Mix softened cream cheese and orange juice until smooth.
2. Whip cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Fold in apples, grapes, marshmallows, and walnuts.
4. Refrigerate until serving.
