MON AMI DRESSING

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups vinegar
• 1 1/2 tbsp grated fresh onion
• 1/2 tbsp celery seed
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 cup oil

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for several minutes until smooth.
2. Makes 1 pint.
