SCALLOPED CORN

Instructions:

  1. Combine corn and crackers in a bowl.
  2. In a separate dish, beat the egg and milk together. Add to the corn and cracker mixture.
  3. Stir in grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and add the corn mixture. Place remaining butter on top.
  5. Bake in a 375°F oven for 35 minutes.
