SCALLOPED CORNBREAD CORN

Instructions:

  1. Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole dish and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix beaten eggs and sour cream by hand. Add corn bread mix and stir well.
  3. Stir in both cans of corn.
  4. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish without stirring in the melted margarine.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done.
