COTTAGE POTATOES

Instructions:

  1. In a well-greased large baking dish, layer potatoes, onion, pimentos, green pepper, and bread.
  2. Blend cream cheese, butter, and 1 cup milk together. Pour over the potato mixture.
  3. Add enough milk to cover the ingredients.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley before serving.
