LIMA BEANS

Instructions:

  1. Parboil soaked lima beans with 1 tsp salt for 1 hour. Drain.
  2. Place beans in an ungreased casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, molasses, margarine, and sour cream.
  4. Pour the mixture over the beans and mix lightly.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
