SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Soak bread cubes in milk. Fry bacon, drain, and crumble.
  2. Slightly scramble eggs in butter. Add seasoning salt, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix soaked bread cubes into scrambled eggs.
  4. Pour egg mixture into a greased 8x10-inch baking dish. Lay Swiss cheese slices on top.
  5. Brown bread crumbs in butter, mix with bacon, and sprinkle on top of eggs and cheese.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
