  1. Crumble sausage into a heated skillet. Cook until done, then remove and drain.
  2. Drain grease from skillet and add olive oil and butter. Heat over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms, garlic, green pepper, green onion, parsley, and seasonings. Sauté until onions are soft.
  4. Stir cooked sausage into the vegetable mixture.
  5. Toss the sausage mixture with hot cooked fettuccine. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
