SKILLET LASAGNA

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick skillet, sauté onions and turkey until the meat just loses its pink color. Remove from heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the ground turkey mixture.
  3. Evenly distribute uncooked noodles on top of the Ricotta cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix tomatoes with spices and 1/4 cup water. Pour over noodles.
  5. Cover tightly and return to heat. Simmer on medium heat for 20–25 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
