SPAGHETTI PIE

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse.
  2. Beat eggs and mix with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss cooked spaghetti in the egg mixture to coat.
  3. Grease a 9-inch deep pie plate. Layer half the spaghetti, followed by a layer of pepperoni and half the Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve with heated spaghetti sauce.
