  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar into the pork and beans.
  2. Spread beans evenly in a shallow baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 500°F. Arrange tomato slices around the edge of the dish. Layer bologna slices and cheese alternately down the center.
  4. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
