Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Form ground beef into 4 hamburger patties.
  2. Place each patty on a 12-inch square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Top each with a slice of potato, onion, and 2 carrot sticks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Seal foil packets securely and place in hot coals.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes, turning twice during cooking.
