QUICK PIGS IN A BLANKET

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp oleo
• 1/8 to 1/4 head cabbage, shredded
• 3/4 cup Minute rice (uncooked)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 mango (optional)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 15 oz tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes.
2. Do not remove the lid during cooking.
