  1. Combine apricot preserves, soup mix, and salad dressing. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, then let cool.
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13-inch pan and pour sauce over the top. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
