Instructions:

  1. Roll chicken in seasoned flour and sauté in butter until browned. Remove chicken from the skillet.
  2. Combine soup, onion, and seasonings in the skillet. Gradually stir in water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour rice into a greased casserole or baking dish. Stir in all except 1/3 cup of the soup mixture.
  4. Place chicken on top and pour the reserved soup mixture over it.
  5. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
