CHICKEN PLUS

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine sour cream and soup.
  2. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with Canadian bacon.
  3. Wrap regular bacon slices around each chicken breast and place on top of the Canadian bacon.
  4. Cover with the soup mixture. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 2 hours.
  5. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Skim off excess bacon fat before serving. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
