SPANISH CHICKEN

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken into thin pieces.
  2. Layer Fritos across the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Add a layer of chicken, then a layer of chopped green chilies.
  3. Pour some chicken broth over the chicken. Repeat the layers of Fritos, chicken, chilies, and broth.
  4. Dilute the mushroom soup with liquid (chicken broth or additional soup) and pour over the top layer of Fritos.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
