  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium heat; add onions, peppers, garlic, and beef broth mix. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until browned.
