Instructions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and mix well, then add banana.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with pineapple.
  4. Stir in coconut.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
