BANANA NUT BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add salt.
  3. Mash bananas and mix with baking soda. Add to the batter along with vanilla.
  4. Combine nuts with flour and fold into the batter.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 60–70 minutes.
