FRESH PEACH BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Combine eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  3. Mix in nuts and peaches.
  4. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans or 10 mini loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove immediately from pans to cool.
