DINNER ROLLS

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add 1 teaspoon sugar; set aside.
  2. Cream oleo, salt, and 1/2 cup sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Stir in yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, stirring in one direction, until the dough is slightly sticky and kneadable.
  5. Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let rise for 2 hours (until tripled in size).
  6. Grease cupcake pans and hands. Roll dough into small balls and place 3 in each cup for cloverleaf rolls, or shape into larger balls for plain rolls.
  7. Let rise again until doubled in size.
  8. Bake at 325°F until golden brown.
