APPLE OR PEACH STRUDEL

  2. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Serve with milk, whipped cream, or ice cream.
