IMPOSSIBLE PIE

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup biscuit mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 stick soft margarine

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes.
2. Pour into a 10-inch ungreased pie plate.
3. Bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes.
