  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a buttered 8-inch pie plate, building up the sides.
  2. To make the filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour filling into the crust.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 25–30 minutes or until set.
  5. Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla for the topping. Spoon over the pie and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Cool completely and chill for several hours.
  7. Serve with fresh strawberries or other fruit.
