RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE

Instructions:

  1. Pour boiling water over rhubarb; drain and set aside.
  2. Line a pie plate with pastry dough. Arrange rhubarb in the crust.
  3. Mix together beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour, and salt. Pour over the rhubarb.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  5. Top with beaten egg whites and bake until lightly browned.
