STRAWBERRY PIE

Instructions:

  1. Cover the bottom of the baked pie shell with fresh strawberries.
  2. To prepare the glaze, simmer crushed strawberries, 1/2 cup water, and sugar.
  3. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and add to the strawberry mixture. Cook until clear.
  4. Cool the glaze and pour over the strawberries in the pie shell.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
