SUGAR CREAM PIE

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 heaping tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• Milk (to fill cup with egg)
• 1 additional cup milk
• Nutmeg

Instructions:

1. Mix sugar, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, egg, and milk together.
2. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
3. Pour an additional cup of milk on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F and bake for 45 minutes.
