  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a pan and bake at 350°F until lightly browned.
  2. Whip powdered sugar, milk, and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spread mixture onto the cooled crust.
  4. Add pie filling on top if desired. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
