  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch Pyrex dish.
  2. Mix crust ingredients to form a soft dough. Press into the bottom and sides of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and egg yolks in order given.
  4. Fold the beaten egg whites into the cheese mixture using a whisk.
  5. Pour filling into the crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 1–1 1/2 hours, or until the crust is browned and the center firms up like custard.
