  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press over the bottom and sides of a 10-inch springform pan.
  3. Cream the cheese and mix with sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Beat in eggs until well combined. Pour into the crust.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over the cake and bake at 475°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cake set for 1 hour.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for several hours before serving.
